a little bit about me
Kristi was born and raised in Middletown, NY and started her love for sports and fitness at the young age of 10. Playing multiple sports in school, she fell in love with volleyball and earned a full athletic scholarship to play for Clemson University. After graduating, she entered corporate America in the restaurant industry, which lead her to a successful medical sales career that she is currently working in today. Along the way, her health had been put aside and it began to really deteriorate. About 4 years ago, she knew there had to be something better than this feeling of stress, anxiety, and her body just not working for her anymore. Personal development, fitness and nutrition has helped create healthy lifestyle habits and take her fitness lifestyle to the next level.
Over this 4 year shift she has completed multiple half marathons, the Chicago marathon, and competed in her first year of fitness competitions in the NPC bikini category. She is currently partner with a global nutrition company, interning with Dr. Beth Westie to be able to assist women with their own health issues with a nutrition foundation, and a certified Values coach through the Dr. John DeMartini Institute. She’s found her purpose in helping people with transforming their lives physically, emotionally, and financially. Kristi currently live in Brooklyn, NY.
