a little bit about me
Personal trainer, owner of Fit By Gab and author of The Nutrition Transition, Gabrielle left behind a competitive career in show business in order to use her love of health & fitness to foster self-love and self confidence in others. Gabrielle’s background in music, dance & performance, coupled with her love of sweat & adrenaline, brought her to the world of indoor cycling and has made her a force on the bike.
When not training for a marathon, duathlon, triathlon or ultramarathon, you can find Gabrielle at rocking her ride at CycleBar, training her Fit By Gab clients, or cheering on her beloved Mets at Citi Field.
Gabrielle’s class is all about leaving the studio as a better version of yourself by writing your story in sweat. She encourages you to create the things you cannot buy by working hard & pushing past your comfort zone.
