a little bit about me
Brooke is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor in NYC. She is a former competitive gymnast with a background in Dance, music, and theatre. She is co-founder and owner of FLIPSIDE New York (online workout guides, awesome swag, health and wellness blog), and the Lead Breakaway Cycling instructor at Chelsea Piers Fitness (NY and BK). If Brooke is not teaching, odds are she’s either play-listing, taking various workout classes, dancing down the streets, or eating.
Getting involved in fitness has changed her life in so many ways. She uses her experiences to help others to grow and unleash their inner badass! She’s super goofy and quirky, but don’t be fooled, she will kick your butt! Her personal motto: “You’re stronger than you think, but you have to be brave enough to try!”
