Carissa is a former Radio City Rockette who spent 15 years performing in various musical theater tours and productions around the US and Europe. She is an AFFA certified group fitness instructor who can be found teaching anything from Mat Pilates and Barre, to Zumba and master classes in Precision and Fosse dance technique. In her free time, Carissa loves to surf and spend time with her husband and two children. She now calls Long Beach, NY her home.
