Vougar is a 2x World Champion, Olympic medalist and has claimed titles in many other international competitions. He brought his “Russian Style” wrestling to the U.S.A. and opened Vougar Honors Wrestling Club in 2006. Vougar is also the Associate Head Wrestling Coach at Nassau Community College.
Under his guidance, VHW wrestlers achieve their personal best, and have gone on to College All-American, Junior College All-American, High School All-American, New York State Champion, All-State, Nassau County Champion, Suffolk County Champion, and All-County honors.
