a little bit about me
Stacey has been in the game for 18 years as a fitness, nutrition, and health professional. Her experience encompasses every aspect of the industry including group fitness, personal training, nutrition coaching, sports performance training for athletes ages 7-100 and creation and development of new and innovative fitness programming. She specializes in strength training for women and nutrition for weight loss and weight maintenance. She has 2 small children and believes in fighting for health despite the challenges of work/life balance through smart meal planning/prepping and workout scheduling.
